Partners in Employment Program (PEP)

PEP recognizes leading organizations that support CGA members and students of the CGA Program of Professional Studies. This program focuses on bringing together the best of Saskatchewan's companies with CGA members and students of the CGA Program to support continued learning and to meet accounting professional needs. Participating employers receive front-line access to CGA members and students of the CGA Program.

PEP offers you a better way to access a pool of high-caliber talent.  Benfeits received by PEP members include:

  • A twenty percent discount on all Employment Referral Postings (ERS)
  • Invitation to participate in CGA Saskatchewan recruitment and speed networking events
  • Recognition as a PEP member on the CGA Saskatchewan website, including your company logo and targeted link to your site
  • Opportunities to host and/or sponsor events with other PEP members

Commitment

PEP members are asked to continue their commitment to CGA staff in the following ways:

  • Provide financial support for CGA studies and, where appropriate, granttime off to prepare for and write CGA exams
  • Provide relevant finance and accounting experience.  Where possible, students of the CGA Program are given opportunities for new professional experiences and greater responsibility, enabling them to meet the CGA practical experience requirements
  • Provide appropriate support and resources to allow CGAs to meet their continuing professional development needs
