Code of Ethical Principles and Rules of Conduct that provide that provide CGA-Saskatchewan's framework, how it is governed and the standards by which its members carry out their professional duties as CGAs.
The Accountants (Certified General) Act is the legislation that governs CGA-Saskatchewan. Among its key provisions are the structure and legal capacity of the Association, our objectives and governance, the right to use the designation and protection of members and the public interest.
Every aspect of the Association's operations - from the Board to chapters, as well as finances, discipline and public practice - are governed by the Bylaws.
The Code of Ethical Principles and Rules of Conduct (CEPROC) provide members the standards by which their professional judgments are measured and include rules of ethical behavior relating to specific situations.
